Reservations & Cancellations Spa Reservations are accepted 7 days a week. To ensure your desired reservation time, we recommend that you reserve your next service before leaving the spa. A credit card number is required to secure a reservation. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance, so that we may accommodate another guest. Your appointment is a commitment of the therapist’s time - if we do not receive your cancellation notification we will have to charge for the full price of the service reserved. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Punctuality To receive the most out of your scheduled service, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved time to allow for us to prepare you for your service. If you are late, we may be forced to shorten your appointment time or reschedule your service. Returns All skin care products are fully guaranteed by the spa. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise accompanied by your receipt within 14 days for full in-store credit. Apothecary gifts and boutique items are non-returnable. Children Due to the peaceful, serene, and relaxing nature of our facility, we ask that you please refrain from bringing children in to the day spa. Cell Phones & Pagers Out of respect and consideration for our other spa guests and to ensure your relaxation and serenity, we ask that you kindly turn off all cell phones and pagers during your journey to Nirvana. Personal Property Please keep valuables with you at all times. Nirvana Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Payment of Services and Products Nirvana accepts U.S. currency, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Debit cards. Personal checks are accepted only when accompanied by a check guarantee card. Gift Certificates Exquisitely wrapped Gift Certificates are perfect for any service or Spa Package. We will be happy to ship your Gift Certificate for you for a nominal shipping fee. Nirvana Gift Certificates are to be treated as cash and are not redeemable if lost or stolen. Donation or Auction Gift Certificates are valid Tuesday through Friday until 4pm on the expiration date. Expiration date may not be changed or extended on Donation Gift Certificates.
